Integration and teamwork are valuable concepts at Vinkos; each person who makes up the company contributes unique value, which is why we are committed to collaborative work and shared knowledge.
We foster this through various activities throughout the year, culminating in an Off-Site event where, for several days, the scenery changes, routine is broken, we connect with ourselves and the team in different ways, get to know each other better, and align our goals and vision as a company.
The 2025 edition took place in La Fortuna de San Carlos, Costa Rica, a small town northeast of San José, the capital. From there, you can access the Arenal Volcano National Park, a majestic place rich in biodiversity, which is also considered an ideal destination for adventure, a common denominator among our Off-Sites.
